dua66 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the dua66 website at dua66.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets, and applications operated by the Company.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by the User on the dua66 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an Account or uses the services offered by dua66.

• "Real Money Funds" means actual currency deposits made by the Player into their dua66 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process dua66 may require Players to complete prior to processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the dua66 Platform, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service provided by dua66, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Continued use of the dua66 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

dua66 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. dua66 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a dua66 Account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. dua66 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a failure to update your account information.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active dua66 Account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. dua66 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended and any bonuses or associated winnings will be voided.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. dua66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dua66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4. Account Responsibilities

As a registered Player on dua66, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your Account.

You agree not to use your dua66 Account for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming. Commercial use of the Platform, including but not limited to operating as a betting agent or syndicating bets on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.

dua66 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it believes an Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on dua66 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. dua66 supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT on the TRC20 network. Deposit processing times vary by method but local wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically instant.

dua66 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts or accounts held by third parties may be refused and returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account. dua66 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are within 24 hours for local wallet withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and within 3 to 5 business days for bank transfers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. dua66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds. Any costs associated with international or crypto transfers are borne by the Player.

5.3 Refused Transactions

dua66 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company may notify relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and free spins offered by dua66 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings can be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games may contribute a reduced percentage as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dua66 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is identified, dua66 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account involved.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds have an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been withdrawn prior to expiry will be forfeited automatically. dua66 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on dua66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — cricket betting, live casino, slots, and Kalaka Bingo each operate under their own rule sets, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. By participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

dua66 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed error has resulted in an incorrect price, outcome, or payout. In such circumstances, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account. dua66's decision in respect of any disputed bet or game outcome is final, subject to the formal complaints process described in these Terms.

In-play cricket betting markets may be suspended or voided where live data is unavailable or where an event is abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled in a manner that materially affects the integrity of the market. Settlement of cricket markets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dua66 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players, whether on the Platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to dua66 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using the Platform to move or conceal funds of illicit origin.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event available for betting on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dua66 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dua66 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of dua66 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the dua66 Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of dua66. Unauthorised use of dua66 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

dua66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the dua66 Privacy Policy. dua66 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers where required by law or where necessary for the operation of the Platform, including payment processing and identity verification services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dua66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dua66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dua66 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, data feed errors, or technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

In any event, dua66's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the Player's Real Money Account balance at the time of the incident.

12. Responsible Gaming

dua66 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. dua66 strongly encourages all Players to set personal limits on their deposits, losses, and session durations.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dua66 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings.

Your continued use of the dua66 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting dua66 support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dua66's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through dua66's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in dua66's licensing jurisdiction.

For informal dispute resolution, Players are encouraged to contact dua66 support in the first instance. dua66 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
